For the last week in August and the first one in September, the biggest mobilecarrier in Estonia is having an outdoor campaign in 3 bus stops in the center of Tallinn. Using JCDecaux's Innovate solution, the carrier is providing free internet through wifi in these bus shelters. In addition the whole bus shelter is branded. The campaign is maily focused on getting the attention of university students as 2 of the stops are adjacent to the main universities in Tallinn and the third one in a transit hub.
